We will have a more formal version of this document soon. We work hard to keep this service working well for you. You own your data, and we will never provide it to third parties without your explicit permission. You agree to pay for the service and to use it properly, and that you have permission to email and text message everyone you add to your account. We rely on reputable third parties for email and text delivery (currently Postmark and Twilio). We will do our best to ensure reminders are delivered, but cannot be held responsible or liable for circumstances outside of our control.
