Basic is $3/month (or $33/year), Deluxe is $9/month (or $90/year), Pro is $19/month (or $190/year). Prices are in USD, and you can cancel or pause anytime.
Are text (SMS) reminders included, or do they cost extra?
Text reminders are included on Deluxe and Pro — there are no credits, no metering, and no per-message fees. Most volunteer tools either charge per text or don't send texts at all; we think reminders volunteers actually read shouldn't be an upsell.
How many volunteers can I have?
Basic covers up to 40 volunteers, Deluxe covers up to 60 volunteers, Pro covers up to 150 volunteers. Every plan allows unlimited schedules.
Do my volunteers need to install an app or create an account?
No. Reminders arrive as normal email, text messages, and calendar invites — there is nothing for volunteers to install, download, or log into.
